WHERE ARE WE LOCATED?

We are based in Fort Wayne, Indiana- Our team ships Monday- Friday 8am-3pm from our local warehouse. We do observe all national holidays and take time off on the weekends for family. If you have any concerns or questions please reach out to us via help@kaansdesigns.com and allow 12-24hrs. for a response.

SHIPPING

All items will ship USPS, (based on weight) within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the listing.  If overnight shipping is chosen items will ship out on the next business day. Please note the customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address and information at the time of checkout. Tracking will be emailed to the email left at checkout or through the shop app at the time the shipping label is printed. Please allow up to 24 hrs. for tracking to update to allow time for our packages to picked up and scanned by the local post office. Contact us at help@kaansdesigns.com as soon as possible if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order. During the pandemic USPS is experiencing delays and we are monitoring the situation closely. Kaans Designs is not not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.  In these rare instances/ situations please contact your local post office or usps.com regarding your parcel. We do offer Route Shipping insurance, and highly encourage its use.

ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE

Route shipping insurance is offered on every order at the time of checkout.  Route shipping insurance offers protection in case of lost, stolen, or damaged packages.  For Route's official insurance policy, please see here.  You can also file a claim here; please reference Routes email sent at the time of purchase for detailed information and instructions in case of a claim. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped through USPS International First Class Mail, which does provide (some) international tracking.  Any additional custom fees or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.  During the Covid-19 pandemic we are seeing extended shipping times on international orders and advise ordering early for holidays and special occasions.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We currently offer returns for store credit only. Items must be in unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Your items must be post-marked within 7 days of delivery. Once your item is received and found in original condition, a store credit will be issue in the amount of purchase minus any shipping charges.

For exchanges please ship your exchange to address noted below. Please include a note with your desired exchange, also allow up to 7 days from the time of receipt for the exchange to be processed.
